Dr. Limoni is my hero!

To anyone that is in need of a total knee replacement, do yourself a favor and study the benefits of Jiffy Knee! I had my right knee replaced last year and one year later, it's finally healed. I was scheduled to have my left knee replaced this past September. I was hesitant as to whether or not to go through the surgery until a neighbor told me about Jiffy Knee. I did my homework and contacted Dr. Limoni. One month later, I got my new left knee. It's been four weeks to the day since my surgery and any pain is managed with Tylenol! I was walking right after the surgery and am now walking without assistance of a walker or cane. Dr. Limoni is the only surgeon in Wisconsin that does Jiffy Knee. Please give him a call and get scheduled as soon as possible. You won't regret your decision.

So Glad I had this done!

I was having alot of Pain prior to my seeing Dr Limoni, and found out I was bone on bone and needed a Total Knee. I am doing great after my Jiffy Knee surgery with no more pain!! Dr Limoni and Staff were wonderful I had the BEST Care!! I ditched the walker at 3 days and never used a cane, I live in a 3 story home I was able to walk up and down stairs right after surgery, came home and was able to do all my steps without issues. Dr Limoni prescribed a CPM machine that was delivered to my home, and I really think that helped me also, after a week 2 I was bending my knee at 120 degrees because of the machine. I highly recommend Dr Limoni and I'm really sold on the Jiffy Knee. He sure helped me alot I am back to no pain and Independence, granted I still am healing but back to enjoying life again at 6 weeks post op!! Wonderful experience

I had my left knee replacement completed by Dr. Limoni after having my right knee replaced elsewhere a couple of years ago. While my right knee turned out well the recovery was prolonged and very painful. After the Jiffy Knee procedure I was walking without any cane or assistance the next day pain free. I was able to walk up an down stairs alternating feet by the end of the first week. The second week I was taking walks from 1-1.5 miles. Pain management was great and I was able to drive 5 days after surgery. The Inkwell tattoo was very useful as therapists advised if I could increase or back off on activity. I progressed very rapidly and was pretty much doing daily activities while being careful. In fact, I did the exercises and no physical therapy was required for my recovery. I used the ice machine and passive motion machines for both surgeries and I recommend them. My recovery went so well that I was hunting out of a tree stand 4 weeks after surgery. Six weeks after surgery I harvested a nice buck with my bow and a buddy and I drug the deer to the truck with no problem with my knee. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Limoni and the people at the Neurospine Center in Appleton. Thank you for your wonderful care.

I recently had my jiffy knee surgery by Dr Lamoni. I am 7 weeks post surgery and so far surgery was very successful. His technical competence is superb. A few weeks before surgery I was emailed a large file of info regarding before and after surgery. Denise, Dr Lamoni's nurse, texted me soon after my visit with Dr Lamoni to get surgery date and answer my questions. I communicated via email and also on the phone numerous times with Denise. She goes above and beyond her daily nurse duties. Denise is very pleasant, knowledgeable, and obviously very dedicated to her job and the patients. Any messages I sent her I'd get a quick reply. She was wonderful. I also dealt with Haley the PT before surgery. We did a virtual visit to show me exercises to do prior to surgery. She also was quick at responding to my messages and is a very positive and. upbeat person. I have never received the care from any other medical facility like I got from these two women. Dr Lamoni is very fortunate to have them working at his clinic. If you are considering knee surgery, Jiffy certainly seems to be the way to go versus traditional knee surgery. Love my new knee

My knee had become bone on bone on the inside (medial) of the knee and my leg had become crooked (bow legged). I had a pretty bad limp. My total knee straightened my leg and my limp is gone. The surgery itself was painless. I did not have pain following surgery, except a short time when the nerve block wore off. 5 weeks out I'm riding a bicycle again and can kneel on my new knee already. My range of motion is great as well. My wife is so happy that I walk normally after limping so many years.

Surgery was about what i expected. You must do your excersis and things will help alot for recovery.

Superior Knee Replacement

Dr. Limoni’s Jiffy Knee surgery and follow-up care were far better than my experience with a traditional knee replacement. I am 74 and had my other knee replaced two years ago. While that surgery also had a good outcome, Dr. Limoni’s approach led to a faster, easier recovery. By six weeks, I was doing activities that took about 10 weeks to resume after my first knee replacement. My pain was much lower, and I stopped taking narcotics after 2.5 weeks; after my first surgery, I needed them for nearly seven weeks to manage physical therapy pain. I also had much less swelling and bruising, mostly limited to my upper thigh rather than extending down my leg. By five to six weeks, I was beginning to return to normal activities on a limited basis, compared with eight to ten weeks after my first knee replacement. I highly recommend his CPM Continuous Passive Movement machine, both for keeping the knee limber and for elevating the leg and knee to help reduce swelling. This recovery was much more comfortable and faster than my first knee replacement.

Jiffy Knee

I had a Jiffy Knee replacement in May and can say the pain level was less and the recovery was faster than my other traditional knee replacement. The incision is also shorter. Having a Jiffy Knee surgeon right here in Appleton is a great service. Thank you Dr. Limoni!

Knee replacement

Best choice for replacement. His staff is knowledgeable and kind from the office visit to throughout the surgical team. Denise his assistant from scheduling to follow up was amazing. All the medication was available before surgery. Instructions were very detailed and helpful. No second guessing. Denise was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I highly recommend Dr.Limoni and his staff. I am extremely happy with my decision.
