Superior Knee Replacement

Dr. Limoni’s Jiffy Knee surgery and follow-up care were far better than my experience with a traditional knee replacement. I am 74 and had my other knee replaced two years ago. While that surgery also had a good outcome, Dr. Limoni’s approach led to a faster, easier recovery. By six weeks, I was doing activities that took about 10 weeks to resume after my first knee replacement. My pain was much lower, and I stopped taking narcotics after 2.5 weeks; after my first surgery, I needed them for nearly seven weeks to manage physical therapy pain. I also had much less swelling and bruising, mostly limited to my upper thigh rather than extending down my leg. By five to six weeks, I was beginning to return to normal activities on a limited basis, compared with eight to ten weeks after my first knee replacement. I highly recommend his CPM Continuous Passive Movement machine, both for keeping the knee limber and for elevating the leg and knee to help reduce swelling. This recovery was much more comfortable and faster than my first knee replacement.

Jiffy Knee

I had a Jiffy Knee replacement in May and can say the pain level was less and the recovery was faster than my other traditional knee replacement. The incision is also shorter. Having a Jiffy Knee surgeon right here in Appleton is a great service. Thank you Dr. Limoni!

Knee replacement

Best choice for replacement. His staff is knowledgeable and kind from the office visit to throughout the surgical team. Denise his assistant from scheduling to follow up was amazing. All the medication was available before surgery. Instructions were very detailed and helpful. No second guessing. Denise was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I highly recommend Dr.Limoni and his staff. I am extremely happy with my decision.

Five Stars are not enough

Five HUGE stars to Dr. Limoni and his staff. Having had two “traditional” knee replacements on my right knee (the second because of infection caused by the first), I was a little skeptical, but curious about Dr. Limoni’s Jiffy Knee replacement. I knew I needed a knee replacement for my left knee, but was quite reluctant to use either of the surgeons who worked on my right knee. While viewing NeuroSpine’s website (since I had back work done there) I stumbled on Dr. Limoni’s Jiffy Knee concept. It sounded intriguing and certainly different from what I had previously gone through, so I made an appointment to see him. He was totally professional and completely open as to what needed to be done for my knee. He explained his process, his surgical procedure and technique and the recovery/healing regimen. He pointed me to video that explained the entire process in detail. I liked what I heard and proceeded to have the surgery. It could not have gone better. I was up walking within 2 days of the surgery with a walker. Within 5 days, I was walking without the walker, and now at little over 5 weeks out, I am in the process of simply strengthening and conditioning my knee. I also have to compliment his staff. His right-hand admin, Denise Barnes, is a wealth of knowledge and available anytime you have a question. She explained all the details of pre-surgery prep, day of surgery activities and post surgery procedures. She made sure there were no unanswered questions and that the patient felt 100% ready for the surgery. Post surgery physical therapy was provided by the world’s best (and probable cutest) physical therapist, Haley Reierson. She is very professional, compassionate and personable, clearly knows and loves her profession and works to take the patient from where he is to where he has to go with ever more challenging exercises. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Limoni, his staff, his procedures and the outcome.

Jiffy Knee Replacement 2/12/2026

After my sister-in -law’s painful traditional knee replacement I dragged my heels scheduling my own. Then I heard of Jiffy Knee replacement, no cutting of muscles and tendons, less pain and trauma coupled with a rapid recovery. Problem- no one in my immediate area, Chicago suburbs, was a JK practitioner. Dr. Limoni is 2 1/2 hours from me and well worth the drive, as he and his team is beyond exceptional. Besides many years experience as a orthopedic surgeon he has pioneered new methods and researched the best drugs to best reduce pain and cauterize the bone from bleeding. My experience was everything that was promised. After the surgery I had no trouble sleeping, the non opioid Journavx, did the job with no side effects. After the first week I used the CPM machine daily to passively move the joint without using my muscles to increase the range of motion, wonderful. Now I am six weeks out from my surgery date. My Physical Therapist says I’m the star of PT clinic. Three of us patients at the clinic all had knee surgery around the same. The other two had traditional knee surgeries. I heard they don’t do their daily exercises because of the high level of pain that persists. My new knee has a range of -1 degrees when straight to 123 degrees. No swelling unless I over do it, no pain and the scar is healed. Dr. Limoni and the whole surgical staff are very caring, efficient, and performed a well coordinated knee replacement on me while inspiring confidence that I’m in good hands.

Total knee replacement

I have been putting off having my knee replaced for many years because I was terrified. Dr Limoni and his team made me feel comfortable and understood all my concerns and fears. He was very pleasant to talk to and answered all my questions. I would recommend him if someone needed a total knee replacement.

Had the Jiffy Knee Replacement performed by Dr. Lamoni in Feb. 2026. He explained everything thoroughly and I was very much assured going into this surgery. I can't say enough about Denise and all the staff involved in this procedure from my very first visit all the way through. Knowing they were there for me at any time gave me much confidence and security. I would totally, one hundred percent, recommend Dr. Limoni for an Orthopedic Surgeon if needed.

Left Hip total replacement with Dr. Limoni February 2026

I was referred to Dr. Limoni by Dr. Staehler at Neurospine in Dec. 2025 because of pain in my back/left hip. I was not familiar with Dr. Limoni , but he took one look at my xray and announced "you need a new hip". Choosing Dr. Limoni for the procedure was the best decision. Dr Limoni is a very skilled surgeon with several innovations to improve outcomes, a great bedside manner, and a complete care team/program to guide you thru the whole journey. He truly cares that you have a great outcome. Denise Barnes from his team was especially helpful. She scheduled the my surgery and sent a ton of patient information regarding the whole journey and was ALWAYS available when I had a question. I really valued the fact that she would respond so quickly to my questions.
Having a hip replaced can be a scary journey, but I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Limoni and his team. I hope my right hip lasts the duration, but if I do need that replaced Dr. Limoni is my choice.
