Hip replacement

Dr. Limoni and his staff are by far the best medical experience I have ever had! Timely service, return calls and appointments. My surgery (total hip replacement) was amazing! I only needed Tylenol or ibuprofen after surgery. I am now 3.5 months out and able to walk 5 miles a day! Forever thankful for his exceptional skills and care!

Dr. Limoni is the best. I had my hip replaced at Holy Family Hospital - wonderful people. After a year of being in horrible pain and no good diagnosis, it was a pleasure to travel 2 hours for Dr. Lumoni. Dr. Lumoni or his nurse, Denise, were in constant contact with us. If we had a question before or after surgery they answered cheerfully and if they weren't available, they got back to us. No matter how simple the question was, they treated it like it was important. Good people who believe in helping the patient. I can't give them 5 stars because it's not enough. I would give Dr. Lumoni and his staff a 10. And 6 weeks after surgery I am not walking with a cane after needing it for a year. Hurrah!!! If you need a doctor that is knowladgeable and personable and knows what he's doing, he's the one.

Finding Dr. Limoni

Dr. Limoni has given me two new hips over the past 15 years. He did a wonderful job, and most importantly, he has a fantastic bedside manner. I found myself needing some input from an orthopedic over the past year, so of course I wanted to see Dr. Limoni. Well, to my surprise, he was no longer at the clinic where I had previously seen him. I spent a lot of time searching for this man and through many searches I was lucky enough to find him. Believe me, I will go anywhere to see a doctor who has been good to me and who I can trust. I am now working with Dr. Limoni to find out where my current pain is coming from and he is doing whatever he can to help me. I do not work with any hospital, I work with the physician who has cured me. I am so happy that I was able to finally find him again after all of these years.

AMAZING

Dr. Limoni was simply amazing. He is personable, professional and we had great results. No issues at all and his staff is also amazing. Thanks so much for such a great job with my knee replacement. Serivce was exceptioinal from beginning to end. Thanks again!!!

Exceptional team

Dr Limoni and Denise are dedicated, knowledgeable, professional., and demonstrate compassion fro preop to postop with my total hip replacement. I highly recommend Dr . Limoni.

I had a total knee replacement with Dr. Limoni in mid December. Dr. Limoni and the supporting staff were all knowledgeable and caring. I felt like I was being treated like a good customer. That is not something you get at every medical facility so I do appreciate it. My knee replacement was successful in every way that I know of. After 5-6 days I was finished with the walker. After 10-12 days I no longer bothered with a cane. And now after 6 weeks I am waling normally without a limp.I still have strengthening to continue to work on but that is completely normal. I expect that to last some months.Note that the patient has some responsibility in making this surgery a good experience. Most importantly sticking to the program that physical therapy provides. Very important! You might not have the same experience I had but you will have the best experience you can if you follow P.T. directions. It's a five star review from me.

Dr. Limoni did an SI joint fusion for me in December of 2024. He and his staff were absolutely amazing. They explained the process and were with me from start to finish. Dr. Limoni's nurse was amazing. She answered all of my questions and helped me with everything- she was even there the morning of surgery. Dr. Limoni and his staff are supportive, organized and amazing. I would highly recommend him!

Knee replacement

I go to Froedtert Holy Family Memorial for my health care needs. I had been getting gel shots in my right knee for several years. Finally, it didn't work anymore. The knee was really bad. I needed knee replacement. I was told by several people that you want Dr. Limoni to do it. They were right. When we had our joint camp class before the surgery, Dr. Limoni told us about all the different ways he's moving forward with new things. I was very impressed with him. I had my surgery 7 weeks ago. I'm doing very good. Every week I can see improvement. I'm walking very good. Dr. Limoni and his staff did a very excellent job. My left hip is also bad. I'm going to have Dr. Limoni do my hip also. . I can't say enough good things about Dr. Limoni. I highly recommend him.

Superior results

Finally to find a surgical team of Dr Limoni and his nurse Denise full of compassion who went to bat for me after being held hostage from the insurance company and medical Merry go round for 21 months, they were able to fix my SI joint and allow me to have a pain free life again. Thank you so much for all you do.

Back in the saddle!

When a friend stopped over and started shaking his head after he heard I had hip surgery on that Monday. And here it was Thursday when I answered the door and stood there talking with him. He just couldn't believe it. When I told him it was the second one since August, he continued shaking his head saying; "that's just crazy!" I couldn't agree more!

I was back playing Pickleball at the 4-5 week mark-with some limited mobility. After both surgeries. I left all know that it was Dr Limoni and his techniques that got me back on the court quickly.

The true test for me, was getting back in a saddle. I am one of those that has ridden horses my entire life and have ridden in pain for 'years'! I just had to test the first hip replacement out as soon as I could. And I can't even describe the relief I felt; absolutely no pain! That definitely encouraged my decision regarding having the other hip (which I was told was worse) replaced. I'm so excited to ride pain free for the rest of my life!

Both, my husband and I, can't say enough about how kind and courteous the staff were. The care we received in Manitowoc was professional and top notch!
