Knee replacement surgery

I thought I was given a lot of information about what to do before surgery and after surgery to help make recovery go better and manage pain better. Dr. Limoni sent an email every morning after the surgery to check on my progress.

All facets of my right hip total replacement were managed and carried out professionally and successfully. Dr Limoni walks the walk and tells it like it is and does it all with compassion. My entire career has been in senior management with great skills developed in mechanical ability. Dr Limoni pushed all the right buttons to satisfy me, a self described tough customer. Pre op instructions and care were wonderful. Day of surgery could not have better. Arrive at hospital at 5:30 AM and was home and comfortable at 2:30 PM. What I was told would happen did and questions were quickly responded to by the Doctor’s excellent team. Everything happened as described and my recovery has been fast and beyond expectations. Dr Limoni uses anterior entry for the replacement which causes much less muscle trauma than approaching from the rear. I have many friends who have had posterior hip replacement procedures with much slower and more painful recovery times. Front entry is definitely the best!

Dr.Limoni was very thorough in joint camp as to procedure, what the prosthesis looks like, expectations of patient after surgery to have a full recovery. He really cares about the success of his patients to resume a normal lifestyle after surgery. My surgery was not what I expected. I have a low pain tolerance. They told me I’d have pain so I was expecting the worst but it was totally tolerable & mangeable. My son also had him for hip surgery & was totally happy with his outcome. I would highly recommend DrLimoni for hip/knee surgery.

I had both my Hips done, rt one perfect, left one takes a bit longer but iam soo very grateful to Dr Lamoni & his Staff, they were very caring, professional & I fully trust them . Best care ever! I would highly recommend Dr Lamoni, Dr Brian and all their Staff.

Excellent Experience

While no one wants a hip or knee surgery, Dr. Limoni and his team did everything possible to make it a smooth experience with a great outcome. Dr. Limoni's was personable and took time to answer my questions. His PA was the same. The informational class prior to surgery was very informative and the well organized. The nurses working with Dr. Limoni were very kind and made me feel like I could contact them for any issues. My surgery was a huge success and I am grateful there are healthcare professionals like Dr. Limoni and his staff to help me get back to a full functioning life. Thank you.

I was treated with respect. I was told what to expect before surgery and after. Dr. Limoni and his staff are excellent.

The initial visit is what made me realize, I wanted to proceed in following through with a second hip replacement with: Dr. Limoni at Froedtert/University of Wisconsin. The Staff at this facility are; pleasant, helpful, and go beyond their job duties to ensure patient quality care in a clean facility. I walked out of the visit with a sense of hope for the first time, in a long time. Unfortunately, I endured 5 hip dislocations in the process, and wear a hip/body brace . Honestly, I have never been treated with such respect in a medical facility all the way around, and I have been in a few. The three hour medical class covers all the information needed and/or what the expectations are in undergoing a hip or knee replacement. Dr. Limoni has designed medical parts and has a store in Neenah, WI, and still practices in Green Bay at Aurora Baycare where he worked for many years. I also liked how they printed out the slides that were reviewed during the class. It was easy to navigate through when reviewing the information provided at home. It is a comforting experience knowing my questions can be answered via; medical slide printouts provided at the class to review, email, or by phone etc. The day of surgery my nerves felt at ease because I was aware of what the expectation looked. The staff at: Froedtert Holy Family Memorial in Manitowoc, WI, continued to care for me in the same manner as they did at Froedtert/University of Wisconsin; with patient quality care in a clean facility. The people I chose to list as emergency contacts, were notified of the operational procedure updates, from start to finish. Once I was in the recovery room, Dr. Limoni called twice, to ensure I was in a good place and to answer any questions I had. I am very thankful, I chose to follow through with: a second hip replacement a Dr. Limoni's office. It was the initial visit and the exceptional staff that made all of this possible.

SI Joint Surgery

I just had, Right SI joint Fusion Surgery , 6 weeks ago. Dr. Limoni did an excellent, job with surgery,and I am now pain free after 3 years of constant ,hip,back & groin pain. Dr. Limoni's expertise, in this area, is exceptional. He is also,caring & compassionate, and answers any questions you may have prior to surgery. His staff is friendly & helpful. I highly recommend consulting with Dr. Limoni ,if you have been diagnosed ,with SI joint pain. This condition can be corrected, by Dr. Limoni,without ongoing therapy and/ or injections.

10 star review! After years of pain my husband finally called Dr. Limoni. The very day after surgery the pain was nearly GONE. Dr. Limoni is impressive. Intelligent, knowledgeable, excited about his work. This man LOVES his job. And he does it extremely well. No complications. Just five weeks of SUPER EASY rehab. Before you go anywhere call Dr. Limoni and ask him to tell you what he can do. This man is #1 for a reason.
